No Solicitor-Client Relationship

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, communicating through social media, or participating in a complimentary consultation does not create a solicitor client relationship.

A solicitor client relationship is created only after KVS Law Professional Corporation has agreed to represent you and a formal written retainer agreement has been signed.

Until a solicitor client relationship has been established, you remain solely responsible for protecting your legal rights, complying with all applicable deadlines, responding to requests from immigration authorities, and meeting any statutory or procedural requirements relating to your matter.
